Armenia to host European Political Community Summit next year -  European Council 

ArmInfo.  The European Political Community Summit will be held in Armenia in 2026. This was written by the President of the European Council Antonio Costa in his Twitter  microblog.

At the same time, referring to the successful outcome of the 6th  summit, which was held in Tirana, he said that the event will be held  in Copenhagen this fall.

The day before, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the  Summit would be held in Armenia.

The European Political Community (EPC) is an intergovernmental  organization established for political and strategic discussions on  the future of Europe, proposed by French President Emmanuel Marcon in  May 2022. The aim of Macron's project is to provide a platform for  coordinating the policies of all European countries and to promote  political dialogue and cooperation to address issues of common  interest to strengthen the security, stability and prosperity of the  European continent, in particular in connection with the energy  crisis. The European Political Community also includes non-EU  countries such as Armenia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Georgia,  Iceland, Moldova, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
