ArmInfo. Today, May 23, the "Last Bell" will ring in 1,500 schools in Armenia.
In her congratulatory address to the graduates of the country's educational schools, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan called on the graduates to boldly move forward towards their dreams and goals.
"The last bell is about you: your emotions, feelings and the experience you have gained in your school life. These emotions certainly include your teachers, who are a very important part of your life, with their advice and presence and their wonderful work. Thank them for this wonderful work. Being a teacher is one of the most difficult professions. Among these emotions are your friends and the warmth of the days spent together. Your common lessons, excursions are a time of smiles, tears, laughter, and perhaps even fears. Give your friends a warm hug. Yes, school life is not repeated, but you have a whole life ahead of you, which you will choose: with your profession and occupation, your favorite pastime and your favorite job. Nothing is impossible if you really want it and put in a lot of effort. Boldly move forward towards your dreams and goals, learning from mistakes, never giving up and with growing vitality. This is what school is all about: to prepare you for life not only with knowledge, but also with emotional and spiritual maturity. Study well to live well," the head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation said in his address.
In connection with the "Last Bell", the country's police switched to an enhanced patrol regime. The statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs notes that patrol groups will be on duty at educational institutions and, in general, in those places where graduation events will be held.
"On May 23, throughout the republic, police units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will carry out enhanced service to ensure the security of the "Last Bell" events. From early morning, police units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be present at educational institutions and in general in the territories where graduation events will be held, ensuring public order and safety. Police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will promptly respond and strictly suppress any violations of the law, starting with seemingly minor violations of traffic rules. We call on the participants of the event to demonstrate high legal literacy and law-abiding behavior," the statement of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia says.
