Vrtanes Abrahamyan, the head of the Artsakh Diocese, made this statement during a meeting with members of the Artsakh government.
As reported by the press service of the Artsakh Diocese, in this vein, he emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to address the current challenges faced by the Armenians of Artsakh. Melania Balayan, a member of the Diocesan Council of the Artsakh Diocese and the head of the diocesan office, reported that an exhibition titled "Artsakh: Endangered Heritage" will soon open in the corresponding hall of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. According to her, the exhibition is intended for foreign ambassadors to Armenia, representatives of international structures, and all organizations and individuals interested in the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.
Balayan also emphasized that with the support of Yuri Navoyan, the head of the Dialogue NGO, they are starting the publication of a series of books for the Artsakh Diocese. During the meeting, several planned and already implemented programs were discussed, all aimed at solving the educational, cultural and social problems faced by the people of Artsakh, with the ultimate goal of returning to Artsakh. The meeting was attended by Artsakh State Minister Aram Sargsyan, heads of various departments and other invited representatives.
