The prospects for the development of bilateral economic relations were discussed at a meeting in Athens between the Ambassador of Armenia to Greece Tigran Mkrtchyan and the Secretary General for International Economic Affairs of the Greek Foreign Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Enterprise Greece" Dimitris Skalkos.
As reported by the press service of the Armenian Embassy in Greece, the Ambassador outlined the areas in which there is potential for the development of cooperation. In this context, the importance of holding the 6th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Armenia and Greece in Yerevan in December 2024 was noted.
Mkrtchyan also wished Dimitris Skalkos success in his participation in the Second International Conference of the "Yerevan Dialogue" and his upcoming visit to Armenia for this purpose.
The Second "Yerevan Dialogue" is scheduled for May 26-27 this year.
