Yerevan to host International Ballet Festival

ArmInfo.  The Yerevan International Ballet Festival is back. From June 6 to 13, in the O.  Tumanyan Park (near the TUMO center, Ajapnyak district), art lovers  will once again be able to enjoy the ballet mastery of famous  companies, including the A. Spendiaryan National Academic Opera and  Ballet Theater (Yerevan), the Mariinsky Theater (St. Petersburg), and  the Bolshoi Theater (Moscow).

In particular, on June 6 and 7, the Bolshoi Theater will perform the  ballet performances "Giselle" and "Gala Ballet", on June 9 and 10,  the Mariinsky Theater - "Chopiniana", "Scheherazade" and "Gala  Ballet", on June 13, the Opera and Ballet Theater - "Bolero", "The  Rite of Spring". The performances start at 20:00, admission is free.  The festival is being held for the third year in a row on the  initiative of the Yerevan Municipality.
