As reported by the supervisory body, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted for consideration the claim of the Department for Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Property of the Prosecutor General's Office on confiscation of 4 real estate objects from the legal successor of the former director of the Yerevan Jewelry Factory-1 Gnomon OJSC Emil Gurgenovich Grigoryan and his wife Seda Gasparovna Hakobyan in favor of the Republic of Armenia.
Subject to confiscation: 1 vehicle, participation in 2 legal entities, about 330 million drams as the remainder of illegal income and the total amount of funds transferred to bona fide third parties, not confirmed by legal income.
