Anti-Corruption Committee  not constrained by individuals in its  actions, newly appointed department head assures

ArmInfo.  There is no constraint in the Anti-Corruption Committee of Armenia, including myself. Artur Nahapetyan, the head of the department, made this statement in a conversation with journalists in parliament on April 22,  in response to questions about potential corruption risks related to Prime Minister's wife, Anna Hakobyan, organizing a dinner, where she plans  to raise 1 million drams from businesses, and whether the Committee  has the authority to inspect the My Step Foundation, or whether there  are any limitations in place.

When asked about the Anti-Corruption Committee's quick response to  opposition figures and slow response to government officials,  Nahapetyan noted that he has only been the head of the department for   a month. He requested time to get acquainted with the cases,  promising to answer the questions at a later time.
