ArmInfo.  U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien has taken part in the celebration of the Yezidi New Year.

"Ambassador Kvien was honored to celebrate Charshama Sarsale, the  Yezidi New Year, with Armenia's Yezidi community. The music,  traditional dances, and a visit to Quba Mere Diwane, the world's  largest Yezidi temple, showcased the Yezidi's rich cultural heritage  and Armenia's religious tolerance," the U.S. Embassy in Armenia wrote  on its Facebook account.
