ArmInfo. On 16 April, the UN General Assembly adopted the resolution "Cooperation between the United Nations and regional and other organizations: cooperation between the United Nations and the Council of Europe" which mentions the "Russian aggression against Ukraine."
The preamble mentions "the unprecedented challenges now facing Europe following the aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine and against Georgia prior to that."
Armenia was among 105 countries that supported this anti-Russian resolution, 9 countries voted against, and 33 abstained. It is noteworthy that Azerbaijan and Israel did not participate in the vote.
Voted against: Belarus, DPRK, Eritrea, Mali, Nicaragua, Niger, Russia, Sudan and the USA.
