ArmInfo. The Georgian Foreign Ministry presented details of the meeting between the deputy heads of the foreign ministries of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the meeting was initiated by Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
As reported by the department, the meeting was opened by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Bochorishvili, and then continued in a closed format with the deputy foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia.
"The meeting is led by Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia Lasha Darsalia, Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov and Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan. The meeting seeks to share the vision and ideas of the three countries on possible directions that will lay the foundation for trilateral cooperation. The meeting aims to exchange common interests, which will further promote the development of mutually beneficial practical trilateral cooperation among the countries, ultimately directed towards the well-being, stability and sustainable development of the region. This new trilateral format does not contradict or replace any other existing format of cooperation, , but represents an additional effort by the three neighboring countries to establish constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation," the Georgian Foreign Ministry said, Georgia's First Channel reports.
