Armenian NPP ex-commercial director required to surrender 17 real  estate objects and funds 

ArmInfo.  The Anti-Corruption Court has agreed to review  the Prosecutor General's Office's claim on confiscation of property of illegal origin from the former commercial  director of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant CJSC, Rubik Movsesyan,  and his associates in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the report of the supervisory authority, the following  assets are subject to confiscation: 17 real estate properties (13in  Yerevan); 1 vehicle; 5 stakes in legal entities; the right to claim  325, 195,000 drams from illegally obtained loans; 430, 380,000 drams  from illicit income and 1,091, 682,000 drams, of unconfirmed or  unidentified illegal  funds.
