A lawyer notifies Armenia`s Investigative Committee  a crime involving hate speech against Artsakh people

ArmInfo. Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan has filed a complain with the Investigative Committee of Armenia regarding a hate speech crime against Artsakh people by a Facebook user using the name Arsen Arshakyan.  By sharing a screenshot of the hate speech by the above-mentioned user, the lawyer emphasized that these actions vioalte Article 329 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, which prohibits incitement and propaganda of hatred against Artsakh people.  "Although the Investigative Committee of Armenia could and, in my opinion, should have responded to the published material and comments by immediately initiating a criminal case and conducting active investigative actions, I still have not seen any reaction," Yeritsyan wrote on his Facebook page.
