Yerevan Municipality official arrested 

ArmInfo.  Arsen Karoyan, head of the Yerevan Municipality Department of Public Utilities, has been arrested for 2 months. This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Court.

Earlier, on March 4, Karoyan was detained in connection with an  alleged bribery case. However, the motion to detain Karoyan was not  granted, and preventive measures such as administrative supervision,  bail, and an obligation not to leave his place of residence were  applied to him.

A month earlier, law enforcement agencies detained eight employees of  the municipality, four of whom were subsequently arrested.
