Paruyr Hovhannisyan appointed Permanent Representative of Armenia to UN

ArmInfo. Mher Margaryan was recalled from his position as Permanent Representative of Armenia to the UN by a decree from President Vahagn Khachaturyan. The relevant decree was published on the official website of the head of state.  In another decree by  Khachaturyan, Paruyr Hovhannisyan (residence - New York) was appointed as Permanent Representative of Armenia to the UN.  Earlier, Paruyr Hovhannisyan was dismissed from his post as Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, where he was responsible for overseeing the European direction of the Foreign Ministry.
