Numbeo ranks Armenia among world`s safest countries 

ArmInfo. Among 147 countries, Armenia took 8th place in the list of the safest countries in the world. This was reported by the Tourism Committee, citing the global  Numbeo 2025 database.

Armenia is located in the rating between Hong Kong and Singapore. The  top 3 safe countries include Andorra, the UAE and Qatar. The least  safe are Venezuela, Papua New Guinea and Haiti.

Among the EAEU countries, in the Numbeo rating, Armenia left behind  Russia with 51st place, Kazakhstan with 71st, Belarus with 91st and  Kyrgyzstan with 109th.

The picture with neighboring countries is as follows: Georgia is in  21st place, Azerbaijan is in 34th place, Turkey is in 57th place, and  Iran is in 93rd place.

In 2024, Armenia was in 8th place, and in 2023, it was in 7th place.

Note that Numbeo is one of the world's largest databases on the cost  and quality of life. The founder of the resource is Mladen Adamovic.  Some official sources are used to prepare the study, but these are  usually not government sources. In addition, the platform also  conducts surveys on crime, pollution, traffic jams, health issues,  etc.
