Martun Grigoryan assures that Civic Contract will not have a mayor in Gyumri

ArmInfo. Gyumri mayoral candidate Martun Grigoryan  from the Our City bloc has stated that the ruling Civil Contract (CC) will not have a mayor in Gyumri. However, he did not answer the main question, which is whether he will support the candidacy of former Gyumri mayor Vardan Ghukasyan in the mayoral elections. , he wrote on his Facebook page.
