In their work, the authors tried to unravel the of the promising Turkish politician Hakan Fidan, which is of great interest in such areas as international relations, diplomacy and security.

, the founder of this book series and the sponsor of this publication was the public and political figure, political scientist Yuri Navoyan.
The book is written based on materials from open sources about the former head of the leading intelligence service of Turkey MIT and the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of this country Hakan Fidan. The publication describes his life and professional path. The book also includes as an appendix Hakan Fidan's master's thesis, which is devoted to a comparative analysis of the intelligence systems of Great Britain, the USA and Turkey.
Co-author of the book Gevorg Minasyan is a retired colonel of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, in 1996-2022 he held various operational and leadership positions in this structure. He was the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center.
Another co-author of the book, Angela Simonyan, is a Turkologist, a graduate of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Yerevan State University. She is engaged in research in the field of the military-industrial complex of Turkey.
The preface to the book was written by Colonel, veteran of the security agencies, expert on Turkey Alexander Poltavsky.
The book also contains reviews by retired Colonel of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, Professor of the Department of Applied Analysis of International Problems at MGIMO Andrei Bezrukov and Doctor of Political Science, Professor Alexander Svarants.
It is noted that on April 21 in Moscow the Organization
