ArmInfo. No one has the right to deny the people of Artsakh their legal right to return and claim that Artsakh is no longer Armenian, as stated by the coordinator of the "Together" movement and leader of the Democratic Party of Armenia, Aram Sargsyan, on March 21 at a rally in Yerevan's Freedom Square, held under the slogan "Armenia is our home: let's oust the one who is destroying our home."
Sargsyan noted that the agenda of the movement includes issues such as the return of the people of Artsakh, the protection of their rights, and actions to remove Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan from power. In this regard, the coordinator of the movement highlighted the passivity oft many political forces in Armenia towards the current events in the country, noting that it is the wrong approach.
Additionally, the leader of the Democratic Party expressed concerns that if Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan complies with Azerbaijan's demands and dissolves the OSCE Minsk Group, it will be seen as a rejection of Artsakh. According to him, this action will also put Armenia at risk. He noted that this is one of the most serious issues currently facing the country.
In turn, the representative of the "Together" movement Anna Ayvazyan noted that there are two ways to bring the people of Artsakh back: either through military action or by restoring the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group. She also mentioned a third option - a change in leadership. She believes that with the right leadership in Armenia, conditions can be created to achieve this goal.
