Azerbaijan`s accusations false - RA Security Council Sec

In a similar way, during a briefing for journalists, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen  Grigoryan commented on the parade of statements by the Azerbaijani  Defense Ministry about the violation of the ceasefire by the Armenian  Armed Forces.

A few days later, Azerbaijani sources reported a telephone  conversation between British Foreign Secretary David Lammy and  Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, during which the latter  stated that "the signing of a peace agreement requires amendments to  the Constitution of Armenia that eliminate territorial claims against  Azerbaijan, as well as the liquidation of the OSCE Minsk Group."
