ARF representatives, Russian Ambassador discuss challenges facing Armenia

ArmInfo. Members of the Bureau of  the Armenian Revolutionary Federation "Dashnaktsutyun" (ARF) met with  Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin, to discuss  geopolitical processes and challenges facing the South Caucasus  region, with a focus on Armenia.  As reported by the press service of  the ARF, the meeting was attended by ARF Bureau representative Armen  Rustamyan, as well as bureau members Lilit Galstyan and Arsen  Hambartsumyan.

It is noted that the meeting participants emphasized the importance  of enhancing cooperation with Russia on various tracks, particularly  within the parliamentary dimension.  The ARF Bureau members also  expressed serious concerns over the unlawful trial in Baku against  the military-political leadership of Artsakh. In conclusion,  Rustamyan provided a brief update the Ambassador on the 35th general  meeting of the ARF, where a new Bureau was elected and key decisions  were made to define the  party's strategic priorities.
