Lawyer: Court orders ruling party MP to apologize to Edgar Ghazaryan  and pay compensation

ArmInfo.Based on the arguments and evidence presented by the team of lawyers, the court, ordered MP  Artur Hovhannisyan, the secretary of the ruling Civil Contract parliamentary faction, to apologize to opposition figure Edgar Ghazaryan and pay him moral compensation.  

This information was shared  by lawyer Varazdat Harutyunyan on his Facebook page.  The  lawyer also reported that, according to the court's decision,  Hovhannisyan must pay Ghazaryan 1 million drams as compensation for  non-material damage. "This marks another victory in the case against  the Civil Contract party representative who insulted Edgar  Ghazaryan," the lawyer added.
