ArmInfo. The Prime Minister's Office plans to purchase new videoconferencing equipment. A resolution on this was adopted at a government meeting on February 20.
As stated in the explanatory note to the document, the videoconferencing system installed in the large hall on the 3rd floor of the administrative building of the Prime Minister's Office is morally and technically worn out, and the transmission of information is carried out via wireless communication /Wi-Fi technology/, which does not fully ensure the security, inaccessibility and non-dissemination of information.
In this regard, in order to improve the technical equipment of the Prime Minister's Office, it became necessary to purchase a new videoconferencing system, more modern and more secure in terms of security.
In order to purchase the system, a procurement procedure was organized in accordance with Part 6 of Article 15 of the RA Law .
