Artsakh Tourism and Culture Development Agency creates digital  catalog of memorial fountains in Stepanakert 

ArmInfo. The Artsakh Tourism and Culture Development Agency is in the process of creating a digital catalog of the memorial fountains in Stepanakert, which is currently under Azerbaijani occupation.  "We are now at the final  stage of completing a digital catalog of Stepanakert memorial  fountains. We have identified about 30 of these monumental works of  art. Unfortunately, we were unable to find photos of another 7  fountains," the Agency's publication on Facebook says.
