ArmInfo. The Russian Foreign Ministry has told about the agenda for the upcoming meeting between the heads of the Russian and Armenian Foreign Ministries, Sergey Lavrov and Ararat Mirzoyan, scheduled for January 21 in Moscow.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that on January 21, Lavrov and Mirzoyan will hold talks during the latter's working visit to Moscow.
"The heads of the foreign policy departments will conduct a comprehensive exchange of views on the full spectrum of Russian-Armenian relations, cooperation within the EAEU and other integration associations in the Eurasian region, as well as current global issues. The focus will be on the South Caucasus region, aiming for a balanced normalization between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We expect that the forthcoming meeting will be held constructively, facilitating progress on practical matters of cooperation and enhancing security and stability in the Transcaucasus," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
