ArmInfo.Armenia retained its 74th position in the world passport ranking in the outgoing year. According to the Henley&Partners Passport Index ranking, Armenian passport holders have visa-free access to 68 countries.
Singapore leads the ranking with its citizens having visa-free travel to 195 countries. Japan follows closely in second place with its citizens able to travel to 193 countries without a visa. Tied for third place are Finland, Germany, Italy, France, South Korea and Spain with their passports allowing visa-free travel to 192 countries. Georgia is in 44th place, offering travel to 122 countries, Russia and Turkey share the 46th spot, with 116 countries allowing entry without visas, Belarus ranks 62nd with access to 81 countries, Kazakhstan is in 65th place with 77 countries, Azerbaijan is in 70th place with 72 countries, Kyrgyzstan is in 78th place with 64 countries, and Iran is in 96th place with 44 countries.
