"Tsovinar Tadevosyan will be appointed head of the Criminal Executive Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia," Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced on social networks, posting a video of the meeting with Tadevosyan.
Tsovinar Tadevosyan was the head of the Department of Social, Psychological and Legal Work of the Penitentiary Service.
The head of the Penitentiary Service, Ambakum Grigoryan, was dismissed from his post on December 5, 2024. The newly appointed Minister of Justice, Srbuhi Galyan, chose not to work with Grigoryan, he was dismissed by law, and the decision on his dismissal was signed by the Prime Minister. Grigoryan was appointed to this position on December 18, 2023, by the decision of the Prime Minister.
