ArmInfo. On December 13, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan reappointed Kamo Tsutsulyan to the post of Director of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
Tsutsulyan was appointed to this post on January 9, 2023.
Kamo Tsutsulyan was born on January 2, 1973 in the city of Ijevan (the hometown of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan). In 1995, he graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and in 2009 - from the Police Academy of Armenia. He worked at the Tavush Regional Department of Internal Affairs. From February 28, 2012 to June 12, 2013, he was the Chief of Staff of the Tavush Regional Police Department of Armenia. From 27.06.2013 to 29.11.2013 he was the Deputy Chief of the Tavush Regional Police Department of Armenia. From 29.11.2013- 19.06.2020 - Deputy Chief of the Tavush Regional Police Department of Armenia. Since 19.06.2020 he is the Chief of the Ararat Regional Police Department of Armenia.
On May 7, 2021, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Tsutsulyan was appointed Deputy Chief of the Police of Armenia. On January 9, 2023, Tsutsulyan was appointed to the position of Director of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
