No war factor between Armenia, Azerbaijan - Azerbaijani presidential  aide 

ArmInfo. Negotiations between the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Azerbaijan are ongoing. This was reported to journalists by the Azerbaijani presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev, as reported by the Baku agency APA.

According to him, there are certain problems between the two  countries that remain open, but are being discussed in a working  manner.

The aide to the Azerbaijani leader noted that there is no longer a  factor of war between the two countries.  "Azerbaijan has fully  ensured its territorial integrity and sovereignty," he said.
