Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, touching upon the latest statement by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that Armenia already considers itself outside the CSTO, and therefore does not participate in decision-making and document-making within the organization, emphasized that no documents on withdrawal from the Collective Security Treaty Organization had been received from Armenia.
