U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan announces his resignation from  diplomatic service

ArmInfo.  US Ambassador to  Azerbaijan Mark Libby has announced his resignation.

 "I announce my  resignation from the US diplomatic service with a heavy heart. The  health concerns I mentioned in my hearing before the US Senate in  2023, have, unfortunately persist," the ambassador said in a  statement, quoted by Azerbaijani media.
