Zakharova:  Russian side still waiting for confirmation from Armenia  regarding the opening of the Russian Consulate General in Kapan

ArmInfo. Unfortunately, the situation regarding the opening of the Russian Consulate General in Kapan, Syunik region, has not changed. We are still waiting for confirmation from the Armenian side. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a briefing on November 27.

She noted that the Russian side had requested an exequatur for the  Consul General. Zakharova said.
