ArmInfo. Our collective social thinking, subconscious is anti- state. This assessment was made by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan from the rostrum of the country's parliament on November 14.
, - Pashinyan said.
As the Armenian Prime Minister noted, only the state is the guarantor of the preservation of our national identity. It has always been so, but we did not fully realize it, he added.
"Today we exist only thanks to the state tradition that once existed, which, fortunately, has not been completely lost today," Pashinyan said.
In his opinion, social thinking, social psychology are formed over centuries, and the independent Armenian state has been functioning for only a little over 3 decades. That is, our social thinking was formed during the period when Armenia was a colony and did not have independence, he believes.
"And it turned out that resistance, alienation became the main form of our perception of the state, statehood, since for about 600 years we lived in a state imposed on us, and our first reaction to the state is our internal desire to resist it. That is, the subconscious, in any case, works," the RA Prime Minister said.
