ArmInfo. There is serious progress is the negotiation process on the peace agreement with Armenia. Jeyhun Bayramov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, stated this during a telephone conversation with Stephen Doughty, the Minister of State for Europe, North America and Overseas Territories of the United Kingdom, as reported by APA. Bayramov informed Doughty in detail about Azerbaijan's position on the establishment of sustainable peace in the region, the practical steps taken in this direction, as well as the peace process with Armenia.
The Foreign Minister noted that work is being done on the agreement. Following tradition, he then demanded that Armenia change its Constitution, stating that its content is the main obstacle in the process.
