This is how Turkologist Varuzhan  Geghamyan commented on today's scandalous statement by the head of  the Armenian MFA Ararat Mirzoyan that international recognition of  the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire is not a priority for the  Foreign Ministry.

"This stage started in November 2020, when the  Armenians, particularly the national elite, accepted and tolerated  the de facto pro-Turkish authorities for various reasons and under  various pretexts.  The final stage of this process is not the  so-called "peace treaty", the final stage is that we are on the way  to emigration," he said.  At the same time, the Turkologist expressed  confidence that the de facto authorities of Armenia will carry out  this stage to the end.
