ArmInfo. President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed decrees on the recall and appointment of ambassadors of Armenia.
As reported by the press service of the head of state, Hrachya Poladyan was recalled from the position of head of diplomatic missions in Egypt and Algeria, and Armen Sargsyan was appointed as ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Cairo. At the same time, Armen Sargsyan was recalled from the position of ambassador to Qatar.
By another decree of the President, Vladimir Karapetyan was appointed as ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Italy, having been recalled from the post of Ambassador to Ukraine. Tsovinar Hambardzumyan was recalled from the position of ambassador of Armenia to Italy, Malta and San Marino and appointed as ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Bulgaria. In turn, Armen Yeghiazaryan was recalled from the post of the RA ambassador to Bulgaria. By another decree, Suren Baghdasaryan became the ambassador of Armenia to Laos, and Ruben Soghoyan - to Iraq.
