Ruling party yet to decide on candidate for Armenia`s justice minister 

ArmInfo. The ruling Civil Contract party held a meeting of the board of the political force.

The meeting was chaired by the head of the board, Prime Minister of  Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, as reported by Pashinyan himself, publishing  a video from the meeting.

Meanwhile, as reported by , in fact, the main topic was the  issue of a candidate for the post of Minister of Justice. The  candidacies of State Duma deputies Arusyak Dzhulakyan and Arpi  Davoyan were considered. However, before the vote, Dzhulakyan  withdrew her candidacy, and Davoyan was supported by only two board  members - Defense Minister Suren Papikyan and MP Vahagn Aleksanyan.

The position of the head of the department became vacant after Grigor  Minasyan submitted his resignation on October 1. This was preceded by  a collection of signatures initiated by the Civil Contract faction  with the aim of removing Minasyan.
