Lawyers for Ruben Vardanyan  filed lawsuits in Baku, alleging their  client tortured and denied the right to a speedy trial

ArmInfo. Lawyers for Ruben Vardanyan, a former Nagorno- Karabakh state minister, who is  currently detained in Azerbaijan, filed legal actions in Baku on October 3, alleging he had been tortured and denied the right to a speedy trial, Reuters reports.  

The source notes that Azerbaijani officials have declined to comment on the lawsuits.
