In Armenia, Constitutional Court judge and one of the authors of the  current Constitution, found guilty

ArmInfo.On September 20, Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction in Yerevan published a decision  on the case of Constitutional Court judge Hrayr Tovmasyan.

 Tovmasyan was found guilty of two episodes, but was released from criminal  liability due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
