No decision yet regarding Armenia`s participation in COP-29 in Baku -  Pashinyan

ArmInfo.The Armenian authorities have not yet decided whether they will participate in the  COP29 summit, which will be held in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement at the Global Armenian Summit on September 18.  , the  prime minister said.

It should be noted that several human rights organizations have  called for a boycott of the Climate Summit LLC in Baku in November  2024, since Azerbaijan does not meet the summit's  principles and  criteria.  The Azerbaijani authorities have reported that they have  sent an invitation to the Armenian side to participate in COP29. We  note that it was the Armenian authorities who supported the  initiative to hold this summit in Baku.
