Russian President congratulated the second President of Armenia on  his 70th anniversary

ArmInfo. Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the second President of Armenia Robert  Kocharyan on his 70th birthday.

 As Bagrat Mikoyan, the person in charge of the office of the second President of Armenia, has informed  Armenian media that Putin called Kocharyan on the day of his  anniversary and sent a congratulatory telegram through the Russian  Ambassador to Armenia.  However, Mikoyan did not disclose the details  of the conversation, noting that it was private.  It should be noted  that Kocharyan celebrated his 70th birthday on September 2.
