ArmInfo.Baku's consistent disinformation about the alleged shelling of Azerbaijani positions by  the Armenian Armed Forces is part of the hybrid war against Armenia and a preparation for a military offensive.

Turkologist Varuzhan  Geghamyan wrote about this on a social network.   for the Azerbaijani military  offensive towards Tigranashen (located on the Ararat-Vayots Dzor  border line).

This is being done both for a direct attack and to  exert diplomatic pressure for further concessions. The apparent  peace, that has so peculiarly enveloped our society, may soon  turn into another nightmare. I won't get tired of  repeating: the only lever to stop it is in the hands of our society,"  Geghamyan summarized.

It should be noted that recently the Armenian Defense Ministry has  had to refute Baku's disinformation more frequently, sometimes even  multiple times a day. Following each refutation, the RA Defense  Ministry reminds in Azerbaijan that the RA Prime  Minister's Office had proposed to create a joint Armenian-Azerbaijani  mechanism to investigate ceasefire violations and/or related  information about them, to which Azerbaijan has never responded.
