US-Azerbaijan cooperation in the security sphere discussed

ArmInfo. Discussions on US-Azerbaijani relations and security cooperation took place at a  meeting in Baku between Patrick Prior, chief of the Europe Eurasia  Regional Center of the US Defense Intelligence Agency, and Hikmet  Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan.  

As reported by Turan, the US Embassy's statement on the meeting didn't provide  details on the topics discussed, and official Baku has not made any  announcements on the meeting either.  

According to a previously released statement by the US Embassy, Patrick Pryor visited Baku to  discuss ways to enhance US-Azerbaijani relations in the security  sphere.
