French ambassador congratulates Armenia athlete on first medal at Paris Olympic Games

ArmInfo. French Ambassador to  Armenia Olivier Deconttignies congratulated Armenia on its first  medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

"Congratulations to gymnast Artur Davtyan, who won Armenia's first  medal," the ambassador wrote on his Twitter microblog (X).

During the Olympic Games on August 4, Armenian gymnast Artur Davtyan  won a silver medal in the vault.

Thiis is the second Olympic award for the athlete on this apparatus -  in 2020, at the Tokyo Games, he won bronze.
