ArmInfo. Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Alexander Grushko and his Azerbaijani counterpart Samir Sharifov held consultations in Moscow.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the parties discussed the current situation in the South Caucasus and surrounding regions.
"An exchange of views was held on the issues of the EU and NATO, the situation in the OSCE and the regional activities of the Council of Europe. A number of bilateral and international topics of mutual interest were touched upon as well.
The meeting took place in a traditionally friendly and trusting atmosphere, in the spirit of Russian- Azerbaijani alliance," noted the Russian Foreign Ministry.
