Prime Minister of Georgia: Trump victory in the US presidential elections can end war in Ukraine and stabilize the situation in the South Caucasus

ArmInfo. Donald Trump's victory  in the US presidential election will speed up the end of the war in  Ukraine, leading to stabilization of the situation in the South  Caucasus.  This was stated by Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli  Kobakhidze.

"First, we, certainly cannot interfere in anyone's elections.  Moreover, we cannot interfere in the presidential elections of such a  big country, the USA; it is not our business. The only thing that can  be said is that if Trump wins this election, the war in Ukraine will  end sooner and, accordingly, our region will calm down sooner, which  will change the attitude towards Georgia in particular. If there is  peace in the region, the attitude towards Georgia will also change.  The rest is the choice of the American people. The American people  should decide who will be the president of the USA," said Irakli  Kobakhidze, as quoted by Georgian First Channel.
