Foreign journalists and experts sounding alarm over new war threats  against Armenia from Azerbaijan

ArmInfo. Foreign journalists and experts are sounding the alarm in connection with new threats of  war against Armenia from Azerbaijan.

Notably, Azerbaijan's state news agency APA published an article on  Saturday, which openly reveals Azerbaijan's intention to start a new  aggression against Armenia, to destroy its statehood. The threats are  made against the backdrop of strengthening Armenian-French  cooperation in the defense sector.  This article has caused a stir in  the international expert and journalistic community.  Thus, French  journalist Jean-Christophe Buisson, who is the deputy director of Le  Figaro daily of France, wrote in his Twitter (X) in this regard, in  particular:

"An alarming analysis has been published in the official Azerbaijani  media. Between two anti-French diatribes, we are talking about an  "inevitable" third war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which could  end with "questioning the existence of Armenia as a State"..."

In turn, Swedish journalist Rasmus Canback drew attention to the  increase in Israeli military supplies to Azerbaijan in recent weeks.  " .and now the formulation of legal narratives, as well as an  increase of shootings at the borders."

A specialist in public administration, international relations and  security, Sossi Tatikyan, in this regard, drew attention to the fact  that Azerbaijan is seriously contesting international law and  violates the UN Charter. " This is a newly invented unprecedented  justification to legitimize a new war. "Azerbaijan will never allow  Armenia to change the military balance," Tatikyan quoted the wording  from the Azerbaijani article. 

After the 44-day war, Azerbaijan considers itself entitled to dictate  Armenia what it can and cannot do.  Under the guise of an "era of  peace," Azerbaijan has increased its military spending, actively  purchasing weapons from Israel, Pakistan, Turkey, and a number of  European countries, but at the same time considers itself entitled to  threaten Armenia, which is meeting its defense needs in the current  difficult realities.  Meanwhile, the international community silently  watches the next portions of Baku's threats against Yerevan, just as  it silently watched the ethnic cleansing in Artsakh.
