Bagrat Srbazan: peace treaty should be signed by us, not by them

ArmInfo.No one knows on what principles and what content the peace treaty between Armenia and  Azerbaijan will be.  Leader of the  movement Bagrat Srbazan stated on June 12.

"A peace treaty, and any other treaty in general, is drawn up as a  result of negotiations. Do you see negotiations anywhere? Here there  is only coercion and demand. And without completing the so-called  delimitation process, Azerbaijan is already presenting conditions for  concluding a peace treaty. Therefore, there are no negotiations," he  noted.

Srbazan recalled that he has repeatedly presented the agenda of  negotiations for concluding a peace treaty.  "the peace treaty should  be signed by us, not by them (the current authorities, ed. note),  while they are begging for peace. Those (the Azerbaijani side, ed.  note ) say "change your Constitution", and these declare - "we will  be able to conclude a peace treaty within a month,"  the leader of  the movement complained.
