Kyiv mayor receives invitation to visit Yerevan

ArmInfo.As part of a working visit to Ukraine, head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan Tigran Ter-Margaryan and the Ambassador of Armenia to Ukraine Vladimir Karapetyan met with mayor of the city of Bucha Anatolii Fedoruk . This was reported on the Instagram page of the Bucha city administration.

As the source notes, during the meeting, the possibilities of  establishing cooperation between the Bucha community and the Nor Nork  administrative district of Yerevan were discussed. "We are proud of  the courage of the Ukrainian people and are always ready to support  Bucha and other communities affected by the war," Tigran  Ter-Margaryan emphasized.

The guests laid flowers and paid tribute to the memorial to the  innocent victims of Bucha.  Head of the Nor Nork administrative  district Tigran Ter-Margaryan, as part of his working visit to  Ukraine, also visited the Holosiivskyi District  of Kyiv, Nor Nork's  partner.

During the official meeting with the head of the region, Serhiy  Sadovyi, the possibilities of strengthening the existing bilateral  relations and developing further cooperation were discussed.  The  parties emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation, especially  in terms of finding joint solutions to similar problems observed in  certain sectors of the city's economy, including the exchange of  experience.  The Armenian delegation delivered humanitarian aid in  the form of medicines to medical institutions on the Ukrainian side.

During the working visit on June 2, the head of the Nor Nork  administrative district, together with Ambassador Vladimir  Karapetyan, also met with representatives of the Armenian community  of Odessa, after which they took part in an event dedicated to Sunday  school graduates, where the Ambassador and Tigran Ter-Margaryan  delivered a welcoming speech.

As part of the working visit to Ukraine, the head of the Nor Nork  administrative district, on behalf of Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan,  presented an official invitation to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko to  visit Yerevan.
