Court acquitted 3rd president of Armenia in so-called "diesel case"

ArmInfo. The court acquitted third president of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan in the  so-called "diesel case". The corresponding verdict was issued on May 31.

Along with the third president of the Republic of Armenia, Barsegh  Beglaryan, the owner of the "Flash" company, which imports petroleum  products, was also acquitted.

According to the indictment, at the instigation of Barsegh Beglaryan  and with the assistance of Serzh Sargsyan, diesel fuel worth  489,160,310 drams was embezzled from the government's reserve fund  from January 25 to February 7, 2013.
