ArmInfo. The opening of the European Film Festival in Yerevan is scheduled for the end of May. According to the message of the Armenian EU mission, the festival will be held as part of events dedicated to Europe Day.
The European Film Festival will open its doors to everyone from May 29 to June 7. Moviegoers can watch movies from 23 European countries, including Belgium, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Cyprus, Greece, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Finland , Malta, Denmark, and also Armenia.
"The festival is not only an opportunity to get acquainted with European culture, but also with important ideas that the authors tried to convey through their art," the source says. Screenings will take place the Cinema House and the H. Malyan Theater.
